A healthy snack all year round

Drying is one of the gentlest methods of food preservation and can be used all year round. In summer and autumn you can easily process garden harvests and mushrooms. During the rest of the year you can dry herbs, flowers, meat, homemade pasta and treats for pets. Thanks to the power of 650 W, everything will be processed very quickly.

Even and quick drying

The SO2000 dryer has a horizontal air flow, which ensures even drying. It is equipped with 6 stainless steel drying plates, the advantage of which is that they heat up and thus speed up the drying process. At the same time, they are more durable than plastic ones. The pull-out system is also practical, thanks to which you will have a better insight into the drying process. You no longer have to disassemble the entire dryer to check the lower floors.

Simple operation via touch screen

Operating the SO2000 dryer is very simple and intuitive thanks to digital touch control. It allows you to set the temperature in the range from 35 to 70°C depending on your current needs and the type of dried food. You can also use a timer with a setting of up to 24 hours to ensure the desired drying time. After the selected time has elapsed, the dryer turns off automatically. Of course, there is also a fuse that protects the dryer against overheating.

RAW trays

The SO2000 comes with two RAW trays, which are perfect for drying liquid and pasty ingredients. They are suitable, for example, for preparing popular homemade fruit peels, flatbreads, bars or crackers.

Sieves for drying herbs

Herb strainers can be used to dry herbs or other small food products, such as grated vegetables for soup.

The sieves are dishwasher safe

After finishing your work, unplug the dryer, let it cool down, and then wipe the surface with a dry cloth. You can remove all the strainers and put them in the dishwasher.
